Article 49 states:
The vote of each elector is evidenced by affixing his signature on the voter list. If he cannot sign, affix the thumbprint.
Article 50 states:
A disabled voter who is incapable of voting is authorized to be assisted by a voter of his choice who is registered to the same voter list.
Article 57 states:
Those electors belonging to one of the following categories may practice their right to vote by proxy...those who are severely invalid or disabled, those people suffering from illness who are currently hospitalized.
