The International Foundation for Electoral Systems (IFES), in partnership with the State Election Commission and Civil Society Organization "Inkluziva," developed election materials in an easy-to-read format ahead of the 2021 election. The materials describe various voting processes a voter may encounter on election day. The anticipated users are eligible voters with intellectual disabilities, low literacy rates, low vision, and older voters (75+). The posters were displayed in all 3,480 polling stations throughout North Macedonia. This activity is part of the "Support to Electoral Reforms in North Macedonia" project funded by Swiss Development Cooperation.
