In 2017, Ra'es Hadomi Timor Oan (RHTO), a disabled people's organization in Timor-Leste, and the National Elections Commission (CNE), with the support of the International Foundation for Electoral Systems (IFES), produced a public service announcement (PSA) on the rights of persons with disabiltiies.
