An inclusive television spot was produced for the Presidential and Vice Presidential elections held on May 20, 2012 in the Dominican Republic. The video was created by La Red Iberoamericana de Entidades de Personas con Disacapacidad Fiscia (La Red), Junta Central Electoral (JCE), and the International Foundation for Electoral Systems (IFES) with support from the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID).

Narrator: With our right to decide, we know that we will help to build a better nation with more prosperity and opportunities. We are part of the development of the country. That’s why in these elections, we know that the party counts on us and we will show once again, as responsible citizens, we will complete it for our duty and our country. Right to vote.
