The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC), supported by the International Foundation for Electoral Systems (IFES) and the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) produced a series of tactile ballot guides for voters with visual disabilities and others to vote independently and in secret during the August 2017 elections.
