Section B1, subsection 1 states:

Members of the House of Representatives of the States General shall be elected by persons who are Dutch nationals on nomination day and have attained the age of eighteen years on polling day…

Section B2, subsection 1 states:

Members of the provincial councils shall be elected by persons who are residents of the province on nomination day, provided they are Dutch nationals and have attained the age of eighteen years on polling day.

Section B3, subsection 1 states:

Members of municipal councils shall be elected by persons who are residents of the municipality on nomination day and who have attained the age of eighteen years on polling day.

Section Y3 states:

Members of the European Parliament shall be elected by:

• (a) persons who are Dutch nationals on nomination day, have attained the age of eighteen years on polling day and have not been disqualified from voting…

Article 54 states:

(1) The members of the Lower House shall be elected directly by Dutch nationals who have attained the age of eighteen…

(2) The following persons shall not be entitled to vote…

• (b) anyone who has been deemed legally incompetent by a final and conclusive judgment of a court because of mental disorder.
