Article 2, paragraph 1 states:

Every citizen of the Republic of Macedonia who is at least 18 years of age and has active legal capacity shall have the ‘Right to vote’

Article 3 states:

The President of the Republic, the Members of Parliament, the Members of Councils and the Mayor, shall be elected at general, direct, and free elections, by secret ballot...
