Observation trainings for persons with disabilities ensure they are able to provide input on the electoral process.
In a room, six men and three women face the camera in a semi-circle. About six people are using wheelchairs. They smile, and most have one arm raised in the air. They are all wearing the white shirts and identification badges of election observers.
These election observers have just finished their training and are ready for election day in Malaysia.
