Election Access is intended to be user-friendly and accessible for everyone. Here are some standard website features that Election Access includes:

 

  • The use of a clear and consistent navigation
  • The use of different design elements other than color to convey information
  • The use of standard web fonts
  • The addition of “alt” tags to all images

 

ElectionAccess.org meets Section 508 standards as outlined by the U.S. Rehabilitation Act, as well as level AAA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0.
