In October 2020, the NGO Civil Holding “Group of Influence” developed a video to support the local Ukrainian election and inform voters of how to safely cast their ballots during the COVID-19 pandemic. The video includes sign language interpretation and was produced with the support of the International Foundation for Electoral Systems (IFES). A transcript of the video is available below.

Narrator: When going to the polls, wear a mask to cover your mouth and nose. If possible, leave children at home and take your own pen without party or candidate logos. Take your passport. Before entering the polling station, disinfect your hands, have your temperature checked and keep the distance. Vote safely! October 25th - local elections!
