The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) in Kenya and the International Foundation for Electoral Systems (IFES), with the support of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) produced a series of videos on the electoral process. The transcript of the video on election results, which shows a voter who uses a wheelchair entering the polling station, is below.

Voiceover: There are many watchers at the polling station: party and candidate agents, our Kenyan observers with ELOG, the media, and international observers. Agents and observers will watch empty ballot boxes being sealed before voting starts, voters check in and vote all day, the officials doing the work all day observe usage of ballot papers all day, and at the end of voting, boxes will be emptied and counted one ballot at a time. When there are results, the party agents get a copy of the results, and the results are posted outside the polling station. Agents can then send results to their party headquarters. IEBC will send the results to tallying results headquarters and the IEBC results website. Citizens can check their polling station results on the results sheet posted outside the polling station, on the IEBC results portal online, and through the media.
