For a federal election in October 2014, Elections Canada offered an accessibility feedback form to voters with disabilities. Voters were able to note any accessibility problems they had with polling places, such as parking, entrances, lighting, and location of the voting room. The back of the form offers different ways to contact Elections Canada for additional feedback, by mail, phone, fax or online.
