Article 110 states:

In order to be a member of the ‘Juntas Electorales Departamentales’ it is required to be Salvadoran…and not have any of the disabilities mentioned in Articles 74 and 75 of the Constitution of the Republic.

 

Article 115 states:

In order to be a member of the ‘Junta Electoral Municpal’ it is required to be Salvadoran…and not to have any of the disabilities mentioned in Articles 74 and 75 of the Constitution of the Republic.

 

Article 119 states:

In order to be a member of the ‘Junta Receptora de Votos,’ it is required to be Salvadoran…to know how to read and write properly, and to not have any of the disabilities mentioned in Articles 74 and 75 of the Constitution.

 

Article 151 states:

In order to form a political party, it is required that at least a hundred citizens, capable of exercising their vote…
